RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Our team implements strict quality control measures to ensure that only the finest quality products are delivered to you. However, in the rare event that we make an error, we sincerely apologize and kindly request your understanding.

To address this, we have put in place an exchange policy.

To be eligible for an Exchange

  • You must have either received the wrong product or a defective/damaged product.

  • The product should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and original condition.

 

To place an exchange request, please write to us at info.happyhuddle@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. We ask that you include images of the product showing the damage to help us authenticate the damage claim. Please note that the replacement will be considered only after a thorough examination of the product. Once we receive your email and examine the product, we will proceed with the exchange process.

We kindly ask that you ensure the package is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Please note, we do not accept returns if the size ordered by the customer is incorrect. To get a better understanding of your perfect size please refer to our size guide or reach us at info.happyhuddle@gmail.com

NOTE:

-Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

-Happy Huddle holds the right to not accept returns in case product appears to be used or damaged.
